The 84-year-old enjoyed sky Diving in Dubai
An 84-year-old grandfather from Bengaluru experienced the thrill of skydiving from about 13,000 feet in Dubai. The grandfather, Sushil Kumar, had come to Dubai with his family to enjoy a holiday. He has also done trekking and scuba diving in the Himalayas.
Dubai’s Palm Dropzone is one of the few dropzones you can count on your fingers. From this drop zone, from a height of 13,000 feet, you can see the magnificent view of Palm Jumeirah Island, World Islands and Dubai. Skydiving from 13,000 feet is challenging and exciting. It takes 60 seconds to come down to 120 miles per hour. Every second of this works to fill the body with excitement. At the age of 84, Sushil Kumar has been able to show such courage. Skydiving is carried out under very tight security and under the guidance of the Emirates Aerospace Federation (EAF).
